The QC Department and Research and Development department are working with objectives to 100% adherence to the ensured quality and developing value addition in all possible ways.
Quality control Department ensures the products efficacy by analysis of various parameters and checks done at following stages,
a. Selection of Specialty Grain.
b. Process Critical Care Points.
c. Standard Operating Procedures -in all stages.
d. End Product analysis.
e. Post market sample analysis.
QC department’s in house laboratories collect samples from the above stages and do the analysis as per the AOAC methodology and check with the standard references. At any point of time if the flow deviated from the standard references, corrective measures will be taken immediately with great attention to meet the specification without any minor variations.
